A Fantastic Workout

The Body Gospel was given to me as a gift and I have been working out with it since. Thanks to this one, I need not go to the gym regularly. I love all the workout sessions especially the cardio. I am a cardio addict and no matter how little time I have, I make sure to sweat it out with the BG. This is incredibly a fantastic workout. I love gospel music and this has plenty.

Of course, there are those people who buy these videos with so much belief in them that they will be able to achieve the body that they wanted. So they push themselves to their bodies’ limits by doing too many repetitions or by using too much force during their exercises.
